Paver Re-sanding is crucial to protect the structural integrity of your pavers. Over time, the sand in your paver joints will break down. Joint stabilization is critical in maintaining the longevity of your brick pavers. Rain water, ice and snow can easily wash out the base aggregate sand material and cause sub-surface erosion or degradation, which can lead to sunken, wobbly, and uneven pavers and provide a perfect environment for weeds to take root.

Our Paver Re-sanding service is a two step process. We use high pressure power washing to clean the surface of the pavers and remove remaining sand and debris from between the paver joints. Polymeric sand is applied once the pavers and base are dry (approximately 48 hours).
